BW Gas Limited submitted an application for the delisting of the BW Gas shares from the Oslo Stock Exchange on 17 June 2009, following a resolution of its members and of its board of directors. Following a compulsory acquisition, World Nordic SE owns 407,298,769 of the 407,543,169 issued and outstanding shares of BW Gas, and there is only one other shareholder of record. Accordingly, the shares of BW Gas were no longer subject to regular trading, and the shares thus no longer met the requirement for listing on OSE.

As a result of the application, Oslo Stock Exchange made the following resolution on 30 June 2009:

"The shares in BW Gas Limited will be delisted from listing on Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will be 30 June 2009."
