BW Gas often engages itself early in the customer’s project development phase.

We offer our experience in maritime matters to ease the construction of liquefaction terminals and re-gasification terminals. This might be related to construction of berth, breakwater or organising the shore facilities to ensure that the necessary space is available for shipping needs.

BW Gas has also carried out studies on the development of the future design of LNG carriers. We have experience from all types of propulsion. Being the largest shipowner in LPG and petrochemical gases, we have an in-depth experience with is utilised in the development of LNG carriers.

We have developed a Logistic Chain Simulator, where we can guide our customers to the most efficient combination of size and number of LNG fleet as well as size of shore tanks. We have built most types of ships all over the world during the past 70 years. Our experienced staff will follow the newbulding project from contract is signed until delivery of the ship, from plan approval to sea trials.
