BW Gas is a fully integrated shipowner. This ensures that there are BW Gas employees in any situation, doing any task required, following BW Gas' high QA / QC standards.

Our LNG fleet is managed from our headquarters in Norway. The vessels are manned by officers and crew employed by BW Gas or BW Gas controlled manning offices worldwide. The company has a large number of officers and crew with relevant gas experience. This access to a large pool of qualified LPG officers is a clear advantage in the LNG market.

We have also, in some instances, established local recruiting programmes for our customers.
