Crew Resource Management
Crew Resource Management course developed internally and adapted to the organisation and its culture. Course consists of two parts, preferably with the participants doing at least one period of sailing in-between the two parts of the course.

 

CRM Part I:  Two days classroom course. Instructors from SAS Braathens. Bergesen Worldwide Gas Maritime Inspector participates at parts of the course.

 

CRM Part II:  Training CRM issues during exercises in a realistic Bridge Simulator environment at an approved ship manoeuvring simulator.

A CRM III has been developed in the shape of training material onboard all vessels, introducing CRM philosophy with the help of CBT, film and cases for group work.
