Careers at sea
BW Fleet Management is continuously looking for new hires for positions in the fleet, and we can offer good job opportunities. The main recruitment areas are Philippines, Latvia/Russia, and India. In these countries BW Fleet Management runs extensive cadet and training programmes as well. In particular, we are seeking people with LPG/LNG experience.

We offer a professional development during job experience and training to the seafarers to keep a high level of safety, quality and environmental protection throughout the fleet. The marine personnel go through special training modules that aim to upgrade their professional competence as well as providing the required training according to national and international legislation.
